ØIS MYP Football Club

 

The Football Club – B1950
B1950 is a small football club situated in Ryparken in Copenhagen. The club is very interested in working closer together with the different institutions in the area of Ryparken.
One of the ambitions of the B1950 is to have senior, youth and children as members - boys and girls.

The club wants to make an environment for members, where it is possible to make friends and to have fun playing football whatever the background and level of football skills.

Last year, B1950 decided to make children’s football a priority for the club

 

Cooperation with Østerbro International School
 

B1950 and Østerbro International School will begin a partnership this year, training students in football skills after school. The Students will meet directly at the Ryparken sports facility every Wednesday at 16.30, where B1950 is responsible for training. 

 

This partnership is fulfilling the clubs ambition of working more closely with institutions in the Ryparken area, as well as strengthening the commitment at ØIS to sports education. B1950 is looking forward to working with Østerbro International School on this exciting collaboration.

 

Football training and condition

• The training will start on Wednesday, 27 January 2016. (NEW DATE!)

• The training will be for boys and girls, aged 11 to 18 years old.

• The training will take place on Wednesdays from 16.30 - 18.00, outside on the fields at Ryparken.

• Two coaches will handle the training sessions and the training language will be English.

 

There will be an introduction period of four weeks. Payment for this period is 300 kr. in cash, due on the first day. If the children decide to continue after the introduction period, each child will be a member of the club, and the payment will be 900 kr. for the entire year. Every child will get a T-shirt from the club when they start.

 

If the training becomes a success, the club will extend the training one more day a week and there is also the possibility to join the football association tournament. B1950 will provide the football uniform for the team.

 

From the middle of October, the club will have access to indoor training facilities every Tuesday from 15.00 - 17.00, but they prefer to have training outside during the winter.

 

Enrollment is coordinated through the school – all payment is handled by B1950.

 

The Coaches

Esben Lysemose

My name is Esben Lysemose, and I'm 26 years old. I was raised on a farm near Assens on the island of Fyn. I am currently studying sports at the University of Copenhagen. I have always been interested in sports, mainly gymnastics and football, and I have been active as a student and instructor for many years. I am looking forward to this football project. I am sure the kids will have a great experience and challenge themselves, as well as having a lot of fun.

 

Søren Lauritsen

My name is Søren Lauritsen. I am 25 years old and I'm looking forward to sharing the joy of football that I’ve had since my childhood with the kids. I was born in Odense where in my early years I played football in OB. I am currently studying history at the University of Copenhagen, but I enjoy sports and I am counting on having a lot of fun playing football and sharing my love of the sport with the students.
